WASTE OF TIME. STAY AWAY. Was told that they ll use 4 houses to secure one loan ! And that credit dont play any role. After visiting few properties that in good shape and rented already and after the headache of letting tenant knows and so. They called to say it WON’T Work for them !! Because the unprofessional guy who did the estimate thinks that. Jarad the loan officer was the only nice person i delat with in this ripe off company. They ll make you buy insurances and flood insurances and escrow etc. so payment ll be close to $2000 for a $70k loan!! 15 years. And intrest rate close to 13. Thanks to my mortgage guy who got me a refinance on one house and saved my future .! Very disappointed experience and unprofessional

BE CAUTIOUS!! I was very eager to find a finance company and on strict time restraints, which I expressed. Initially I was told that I could be helped and then told days later I needed to go through a 10 day application process to get final determination. After reviewing they were unable to help. Respectable and Understandable. But the method in which it was handled was quite unprofessional.

Most lenders I've dealt with seem to have their best interest in mind. The people at Fairway make you feel like they care first...about you! Great service and wonderful people. A+ for sure
