So far, not very excited about my service at this bank. I moved here from Colorado, and had used this bank previously when I had lived in Ohio. I ordered a debit card - in Colorado, you get it at the bank as you wait, or it arrives at your house in 1-2 days. It's now been 1.5 weeks and still no card. I've also been put on eternal hold when calling.Maybe they are just too busy, and can't keep up..... If that's the case, I highly recommend you hire more employees so you can keep your clients.
