Bought an amplifier a while back and it didn't work.They didn't test it, they didn't do anything along the lines to make sure it worked. Nothing a decent business would do before putting it up for sale. When i called, the lady told me she'd hand me off to a manager and stayed quiet for like 10 min. When I heard her sniffling on the phone I asked if she was still there she HUNG UP ON ME! I thought to myself "that's one way to avoid escalations lol" I called right back and asked for a manager then proceeded to be handed off to at 2 different people who didn't know what was going on..After those two I finally spoke to an authoritarian wannabe lady with an attitude who claimed she was the manager. I never raised my voice with any of them and was treated like this. She didn't like hearing my dissatisfaction that this place would sell you a broken piece of equipment and refuse to acknowledge the fact that they made a mistake. She just told me there is "nothing I can do". I asked to speak to her manager (yes petty on my part) and she handed me off to this guy, whom when I asked if he was a manager he said NO. At that point i knew if it wasn't obvious from the hang up that i was getting the run around and wasting my time. I called their corporate office and am awaiting to speak to a district manager to try to understand how any of this is okay.ITS SAD TO SEE A PLACE I USED TO GO TO A LOT GO TO SH*** BECAUSE PEOPLE DON'T KNOW HOW TO CHECK EQUIPMENT/HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT. I WOULD ADVISE YOU NEVER TO CONDUCT BUSINESS HERE AND AVOID IT LIKE A PLAGUE. I KNOW ME AND MY FAMILY WILL.
