Called 2 days ago. Came in today. Told them over the phone the exact brand of iPod exact gen make n modle told them I had an rca tablet and I was needing like 40-50 bucks for gas till pay day. The (tech person) then told me over the phone "ya go ahead n bring it in we will check it out n help u out when I got to the place today at 9 am and went in to the shop with exactly what I had told the guy over the phone he then told me that for both my iPod and tablet he would only do 20 dollars and because I'm in such a bind right now i felt it was an insult when I asked the guy if he could at least do 40 if I added my engagement ring n he told me " I'm pushing it with 30". when I explained that I spoke to him over the phone he then basically told me he wouldn't quote over the phone. If your trying to get stranded or tricked at their shop go ahead and go here. I will be spreading the word about this shisty establishment.
