They are horrible! They pull unauthorized funds out of your account, from a different company name... Then when you call you speak to one of the following reps.... Sergio, Matt, George, or MARIA!!! They send fraudulent invoices. Do not do business with this company!!!!They are not straightforward. They tell you that your money will be deposited on a particular day, then when that day come they have another excuse. They have to find out where the money was deposited to. Do not Merchant Club of America is also affiliated with this company! They will not tell you that upfront!!! Be careful this company is not legit and they will pull small payments first, then cancel your account and take your money... You have been warned, we are experiencing this right now as I write this review. Please don't get be a victim!!!! Do not do business with this Company!!!!!

I am a merchant rep that sells processing services for all types of businesses. I came into a situation where I needed help getting a medium risk business approved to accept credit card transactions. Danny, at Expitrans was a tremendous help and walked me through the process. Without ExpiTrans I would not have been able to help my customer. If you need help getting your merchants up and running, ExpiTrans is the company to use.

I had to call in and request to cancel my account three times before it actually happened. At different times I was told that either I did or did not have to pay an early termination fee despite not having an equipment lease and not having any contract other than month to month. In total it took me about four hours on the phone with multiple support agents to get this resolved.

AWFUL! AWFUL! AWFUL Company! They hold your money for months, they tell you they’re the bank and then they tell you they’re the Middleman, no straight answers. SHOULD OF DONE MY RESEARCH BEFORE DOING BUSINESS WITH THESE CROOKS.

Our company has worked with Expitrans for several years. During this time we have had some unique issues with our phone service affecting our charge card machines. We have had issues with unique charge cards. We have received personalized service every time. We are able to call and talk to a real person 90% of the time. Occasionally we have to leave a message but that has lessened in recent years. Our guys work in a shop with machinery and they hate calling for help and working with most things electronic. Expitrans staff are always helpful and the guys are getting more willing to call when they have an issue. I have learned to email when I have a question; today for example I just wanted to ask about all the "added charges" and didn't expect an answer for days or weeks. Five minutes! I had a response. We are not a particularly big customer but never feel this effects the service we receive. And I am always asking questions if something doesn't work well for us! We receive frequent hard sells from other services who assure us they can give us same service for less. I call or email Expitrans and ask - they are always willing to explain. Be careful there are lots of callers who say they are just calling to help you and sound like they are calling from Expitrans but they aren't - call and check it out!
