I actually enjoy going to the bank. The tellers are friendly and helpful. They seem to enjoy their job and to be proud of their bank. Their telephone help line has been truly helpful when I have needed assistance with online services. Over the past twenty years, I have never been disappointed in the service I receive. When possible, I try to go into the bank to a teller because they are so friendly (the lines, as I recall, have never been very long.) My dog enjoys the treats they give him. I also like the fact that they support a local college and have given substantially of the bank's earnings for scholarships over many decades.
