DONT OPEN ANY ACCOUNTS HERE. I HAVE BEEN WITH THEM OVER TEN YEARS. NOTHING CHANGES. THEY DO NOT STAND WITH YOU THE CUSTOMER IN ANY WRONG TRANSACTION. THEY DO STAND WITH THE OVERSEAS CORPORATIONS THAT STEAL YOUR MONEY AND THEN BLAME YOU THE ESL CUSTOMER. I OPTED OUT OF ALL DEBIT OVERDRAFTS. THEY STILL DO THEM AND LEAVE YOU STUCK HOLDING AN EMPTY BAG. DO NOT. I REPEAT DO NOT BANK HERE. YOU MUST EARN 60K A YEAR TO QUALIFY FOR GOOD TREATMENT. THIS BANK IS WORSE THAN CHASE.

Very positive experience today! I called on Monday to renew a CD and spoke with a CS Rep named Ryan who was extremely professional and friendly. Not only did he take care of my request--which could not be done until today--he called me at work to let me know it was completed. That is excellent customer service.

Have to wait in line forever. Never friendly. And the teller had my go all the way to my car to obtain a penny. Because I was a penny short. Didn't even bother asking to take the penny from one of my accounts. I have never experienced such rudeness in my life. Not a branch I would be doing business with in the future.
