Very expensive, continuous upgrades requiring more $$$, monthly maintainance plan costing several hundred dollars a month. Sofeware does not work well without maintainance plan, always having to call help desk. Software is such you cannot problem solve yourself. Losing sales due to software issues. Helpdesk tells us to purchase more equipment/software to solve problem. Which is very expensive. We are a small hardware store. Original cost over 60k, costs about 10k a year to maintain. Stay away!!!
