Second time in a row this bank has allowed fraudulent charges. The first time is when a personal trainer stole an extra hundred. I was told that I'd have to cancel my debit card and wait up to 10 days for a new one. For the amount of auto pays I'd have had to switch it wasn't worth it. When a business sold me a broken product, I did exactly that. Closed the card disputed the charge and found Encore sided with the business! They allowed a vendor to steal $321. No apology. No help for having been with them since opening. So this bank is only good until you actually need them to back you. When that moment happens, they are absolutely trash.
