i went to finance a new vechile with them after 5 years of great payment history. i was treated like a number had no expaination why they could only finance a certain amount at a high interest rate and they demanded my direct deposit to be at their bank. Found it very funny that i could finance over twice the amount they offered at a lower interest rate with dealer fiancing. Called and complained to the upper management and when they found out what i financed then and only then did they offer to try n refiance my vechile i just bought. How petty that an establishment like this claims to help the working class like me but refuses to help them because they have credit issues. Word of advice bank anywhere but at this establishment
