it's downtown, like *ANY* downtown the parking will be a challenge... but if you can find a place to park, this place is amazing.the staff is friendly and never sketchy. i was in store to purchase a pair of speakers and i needed to know if they'd even power on and work. they allowed me to bring my own amp in and wires and hook it up and have an impromptu listening session.i needed some paperclips and they easily provided that no problem.even after i completed the purchase, i left all my equipment and gear there, went to drive my car into a loading zone (sidewall street parking right in front of the store), the staff happily help me load the speakers into my car.cannot recommend highly enough if you have something you need to purchase from this store, all shops should be run like this.thank you!
