Negative 5! Terrible customer service from the underwriting Dept and extremely disrespectful to previous customers. I was told I paid my loan off to quickly and it was not looked at as a positive. When I applied for a second loan months later I was strung along for days. Would not use again

I contacted this business for a title loan and was told to fill out the application on-line and someone would get back to me. I did,but when their representative returned my call,I was told to complete the application with them again! Please Beware of this company!Finally.I was told that I did qualify for $7500 and I should bring the car over between 12;30-2:30 pm .WASTE OF TIME..They took a copy of my License,Car Title, Social Security# and signed agreement..Then told me I needed to bring the car back the following day because the person to inspect the car wasn't there!?? The following day someone called me and reiterated the same but couldn't find my information (unprofessional)The next day I drove all the way there again and they wanted me to sign up again..after a looong wait ,a guy named Alejandro came over ,inspected my Porsche went back inside and offered Only $5000 (on a like new $68,000 car). After I explained I had been previously approved for $7500 ..He then became very rude...What a waste of time ..Please save yourself and stay away from This business ..Also they require an extremely expensive -insurance replacement type waiver??-While you may have insurance already. They will require you prepay for 12-24 months in advance, Even Though you may only need the loan for 3 months...Beware they are not to be trusted-In my Opinion!

DO NOT TAKE OUT LOANS HERE! They charge convenience fees to make payments, they do not accept checks and charge an arm and a leg in interest fees “insurance” fees. Absolutely not worth it.

I'm a inspection site for Embassy Loans. There are a lot of great people that work there, but I'm posting today regarding my experience with Veronica. I like a fast and efficient pace when dealing with the client. Today I got that. I know it's not always possible based off how busy myself or Embassy Loans might be, so I do understand that can't always happen. When it does I like to tell them verbally. I wanted to post about it as well today. Thanks again Veronica!
