I dont generally give five stars but I will make an exception. Elga (and this branch) has been great to me. I didnt want a car loan necessarily but I decided now is a time to get a small loan and build credit. Even though I had the cash, I took a loan for 24 months and even though I have never had a loan before I was financed at 2.99%!Katie is amazing and she has helped me through my business accounts and my new account.

I am not really happy with this bank! I went in like a month or two ago to set up a bank account, after I signed the papers and everything then the lady says oh you owe me $5 to open a bank account. I was thinking are you kidding me! then I was like okay fine so I gave her $5. today I cancelled my bank account and the lady said I had to pay another $5 for my savings account that I didn't even want and I didn't know you had to pay $5 for that! That was a waste of money!
