I talked to one gentleman, Rafiel, about some fees on my account. He told me that there was nothing he could do and that basically i was just going to have to pay them and be out $100. I called again a few hours later and spoke to a lady name Jani, who I originally hung up on after hearing some of the same stuff the guy I talked to earlier had said. I rudely hungup and she called be back, and then tried to talk to me but wasn't able to. She then emailed me letting me know she has actually helped me out and i felt bad immediately. Excellent and beyond the call of duty customer performance by Jani!!
