I don't agree with a $99 annual fee I also don't agree with the $99 compliance fee these are annual charges and over the years I've been a customer they have crept up to one or two months different than when they started looks like a magazine subscription other than that those charges the servicemen good the follow-up service not a problem it's been good but I think those charges for somebody with a small amount of business is too much they started out with the compliance fee only and then they ended up with an annual fee also it's amazing how they're the same price anyway that's how I feel
