Overall Feedback:
Terrible customer service!!!!!!!They took my monthly charges twice, after 4 phone calls and being told each time they have done the refund back to my bank, i have still not had the refund of £112.49!!!!!!!! They should not be able to get away with it!!!One star is TOO much for these people!
