never had any troubles but i always pay on time.there are lots of sour reviews on moneytree in spokane, lol.they probably got late fees, and then got spiteful after.. pfft.if ya just pay back the advance (ya know the small loan from yer next pay day) on time, there isnt any problems, or reason to gripe. you went in, signed a paper, got money, gotta pay it back or they charge late fees much like .. oh idk ..a library?just my thoughts on the topic

A big kudos to Krista at MoneyTree! She is the nicest, most welcoming and professional customer service representative! My experience with her was the BEST! Krista was very patient, she handles pressure extremely well - many people are stressed when they are there but her demeanor has a very calming effect, which is rare! - and it is clear she is genuine in her interaction with people! I just wish there were more Krista's in the world: if everyone were greeted with such kind, beautiful, genuine smiles every day the world would be a much better place!

I purchased 2 stamps from Moneytree. I was charged for the 2 stamps but they were NOT given to me. This sucks because, not only do we have a hard enough time as it is and it's really not too much to ask to be given the product we purchase, but I was unable to mail the get well card! VERY UPSET!!!
