We have been with ECRS as our point of sale provider since February, 2016. I don't normally write reviews but I like to give credit when credit is due. Prior to this we were using outdated hardware and software that required multiple third party vendors to fulfill our needs. Switching to ECRS consolidated 6 vendors into 1 which allowed us to realize significant cash flow savings. In addition to this, the entire support and development team is in house. This means if you have a problem that support can't solve (which is rare), all they have to do is walk across the hall and talk to the people who wrote the code. We no longer wait weeks for annoying issues to get escalated. We reviewed all of the viable POS providers at the time and no other vendor came close to the level of innovation and stability that ECRS provides. They are a company full of professional, passionate people with strong values who are dedicated to their customers. This was clear at every level of the organization from administration to the executive team.
