I recently purchased a used Subaru Impreza from this dealership, and it's been an extremely pleasant experience for the entire process. First of all, with an exorbitant amount of student loan debt, my credit score is sub par at best - but they were able to get me approved because of their close relationship with the finance company (who are also a pleasure to do business with, btw). Secondly, I did not feel pressured whatsoever. I have felt this way from other dealers telling me to "act now," but I felt EZ Loan really did want me to be sure of the large purchase I was about to make. Lastly, these guys really stand behind their product and it shows - despite being a used vehicle, they are willing to help with any mechanical issues, even after the sale. I never felt at all like I was tossed aside because they already had my money, they really want to go the extra mile concerning customer satisfaction. I will absolutely be a return customer, and will absolutely be recommending them to all of my relatives and friends. Thank you EZ Loan for ending the used car dealership stigma, and thank you for treating me like a person instead of just another sale!
