Maxine, who works in the total loss department - she is an angel. I cannot say enough nice things about this lady. I was in an accident, that was not my fault. The at-fault insurance company were basically going to leave me in debt and without a car. Maxine went above and beyond the call of duty. I don’t know who she talked to or what she did, but she made things right. I truly love this woman. Beyond her actual job, she just listened to me and understood my problem. She treated me like a real person and not a work problem. Words cannot express the gratitude I have for her. Maxine is a wonderful soul!
