Had some issues but once I got into contact with the right people they went above and beyond in customer service. I would recommend for anyone calling their customer service to have notes, times and dates. Also specify your equipment. But over all once my issues were resolved everything is great!Jeff from implementation was more than helpful there.

They have the absolute worst Carwash software program. If you are a owner of a Carwash do not waste your money investing in their system! There are way better engineers out there who have a 100x better software to function the Carwash. I will never operate another Carwash who has this trash for there system.

Poor communication, CS usually has no idea what’s going, very unhelpful with problems that occur with their services, they are difficult to work with. Additionally you can clearly see that most of the positive reviews are all from employees which goes against google’s review policy.
