Ms. Jack has a wealth of knowledge but the one critical asset she lacks is responsiveness to her messages and timely responses to phone calls. My experiences over the four years or so , that she has been our accountant have over and over reflected a lack of professionalism in the above stated areas.I believe in second chances and thus, have remained with her company for tax services, but as of this writing my intent is to speak to the Pennsylvania Board of Accountancy to lodge a formal complaint.
