Got my deer processed here and was very happy with the taste, time, and price (you pay for the quality and they say they process one animal at a time cleaning the equipment between each process). I ordered all to be jalapeno & cheese sausage and it was amazing. Hope I can get a few more deer this Season so it will last longer (so freakn' delicious). Kinda hate to give this review since it may encourage others to get in my way of GOOD EATS!!!!

Best Burger south of I-10. I make a point to stop by whenever I'm in the area. The boudin and jerky are great too. Have not tried the BBQ yet, but will update this review once I do.
