Beware! This shopkeeper may rip you off. We have observed the shopkeeper tell individuals that he can offer cheaper shipping costs by replacing their box. What he does not tell customers is that this scheme to charge less in shipping will actually cost you more, as the new fee will include the fee for packing, the new box and filler. Today we observed him telling a young lady that he could charge her less by giving her a smaller box. He proceeded to use a box cutter to open her perfectly packaged box and cushioned cell phone. Only to sell her the whole "presto-change" cheaper plan which cost her $28.00 to mail the cell phone locally. For us this was the last straw we took our three packages and left the store never to return again!
