Client Review on dimension-mortgage.com
Feedback:
Iani Varga of Dimension Mortgage is the worst broker I have ever worked with. He did not follow through on what he assured me he could do, which was the basis of my choosing to use him in the first place. Because, of his thick foreign accent, and practice of speaking too fast, I rarely understood what he was attempting to communicate. Communication was further strained, as he often and repeatedly would state he would call me back in 15 minutes which he almost never did. Additionally, he continually told me today we will have the clear to close, which went on for over a month, and three weeks past our contract closing date, costing me a great deal of extra money, to rent my home from the buyer, and tremendous stress and psychological trauma worrying I sold my home on this man's assurance and now it looked like I was going to be homeless. I finally called the Underwriter myself and I got the clear to close less than an hour later. Finally, as a last major screw up Mr. Varga had me committed to putting more money down on my purchase than I had cleared on the sale of my home after I specifically informed him of the exact amount I wished to commit to the down payment, which he completely ignored and disregarded. Some careful reviewing found a discount, which they failed to apply previously, that brought the closing cost down to where I could afford it, but I still had to go $4,000 into my savings rather than walk away with $20k, as I specifically requested, so we could furnish the house. The only way I could have resolved that issue was to start the application process all over again, which I was not about to do, because this also cause a lot of grief for the seller, who was more than patient waiting for me to get the clear to close, so I opted to move forward with the purchase of the house, even though we could not furnish it. We have our beautiful new home and now have nothing in it and it will likely take years to get it furnished. I relied on the professionalism of my broker and my experience resulted in extreme grief. Do yourself a favor and avoid this man at all cost.
