I have used a major bank before for my merchant services but approximately 3 years ago I switched over to Digitech Payments. I am so happy with the level of service, it is unbelievable. I would never go back to the major banks. Thank you Digitech (& especially Mandy!)

Digitech went above and beyond our expectations yesterday. During a routine check up call, I inquired about the reason for a certain fee increase. Lee looked into it right away and within 24 hours he had the increase waived for our little company!

Digitech has an interesting business model that could probably work if they were not so busy trying to find ways to mask their true intentions of squeezing their customers for every cent. I had a few good preliminary calls and were impressed with the rates they quoted - and only found out after having a lawyer look through the contract that they were sneaking hidden fees in multiple places throughout the contract. An analysis of their true offer, showed that the offer that seemed too good to be true - was in fact just that and I would have ended up paying an additional .3% - .5% on my processing fees if I took their offer at face value. After speaking with a Director JP, I could not tell if he was lacking basic arithmetic skills or was just a complete con artist - and really not sure which one is worse for a person in his position. Please be careful when working with a company that has a serious lack of integrity.

The Initial set up and programming were not done & follow ups were constant for us. We got discouraged. It took a month to get it working the way we were promised. This created lots of extra work and many difficulties to reconcile. Things are okay now and the rates are cheaper.
