Truthfully, I’ve had a lot of positive experiences with the company; however, I just got a call today (4/13) advising me I need to turn in a form to have my taxes filed. I responded that the form had been sent on 3/11. She had to confirm with my cpa and call me back. When she did she told me what I had known (that the form was sent over 1 month ago). I asked if that was the hold up on filing my taxes, she said “ummmmmmm....yea” I’ll be going elsewhere next year. I had been expecting my return any day and my taxes had not even been filed. I was patient during the whole process but now, having paid $620 for this service I’m highly irritated. Not professional at all. Thanks for the delay on money I need for maternity leave.
