The really short one is a crook! He shorted me $50 and told me he didn't want to waste 10 minutes of his life looking at video over $50! Poor customer service and I don't trust him with my fingerprint and information!

They try to charge extra fees be careful and ask how much they charge beforehand. Straight thieves stole an extra $10 from my check for fees. Instead of charging my the real price. I will never go back.

After 4 days they won't cash your check . If you try to cash your check else where first, they won't cash your check. If you sign your check before .you get to the window they won't cash your check. You would they have that post somewhere when you walk through the door. So I did what any other red blooded American would do, .Went to a regular Bank. It ain't worth the hassles andbi'a paying you to cash my hard earned money. Never going back !

Was a regular but they wouldn't cash my check one day because it was on a Wednesday so they were acting skeptical. Very unprofessional and uncomfortable. (Worst off, you're required to fingerprint just to set up account)

The side of the building says free faxes and copies but once u go in they say only 2 free pages of copies and faxes and you have to be a check cashing customer. They charge $1.50 per copy or fax. HIGHWAY ROBBERY!!! In taking my business elsewhere.

Be polite and professional with them, and they'll be polite and professional with you. I had no problems with them. They were able to cash my friends check but not my own, which is my own fault since I had tried at Tops before. Overall a pleasant experience, and I would go back again!

Demanded I give my finger prints, they took my photograph and then denied cashing check and refused to show proof that they deleted my personal information. Fail. Go anywhere else!
