We had our modular home built in July 2016. I'm writing this review a little over a year later. We had several leaks in our roof right after it was built. They came out several time to try and repair these leaks. It was finally resolved. Over a year later we started having leaks in other places. I called out a professional roofer and he said the roof was poorly done. The shingles do not overlap and the valley where the roof meets has to be completely replaced (est $1200). Deer Valley has stood by their 1-year warranty and will not be assisting in fixing the roof. I'm not surprised, they were very hard to work with in getting anything fixed. Each time a different contractor would come out and tell us how all the other contractors did a poor job. This whole company is doing a poor job!
