My car was totaled and I needed one right away. They were all helpful there: the office manager, the owner, the owner's son. I got a very fair price, they were very sympathetic, the paperwork was done quickly and efficiently, it was easy and a good experience. I would be very happy to recommend them to others.

I first went to Dave Franeks to look at a jeep they had. descent mileage, descent price, ran nice and looked nice. This is where I should have realized this place was going to be and issue because when Lisa brought the jeep up from the back of the building, she was smoking in it. But I was dumb and I wanted to go forward and buy the jeep. They took my info and had me fill out the loan application online. I was approved. I went back to figure out a down payment and trade in on the car I would be getting rid of. Now, every other dealership I have been to, asked me about trade in and what I still owe on my current car BEFORE the loan process. Dave Franeks did not. They just assumed I had paid off the car. They also wanted me to put the jeep on my insurance before I had signed any finals papers saying it was mine. Now, if I had did that and someone took the jeep somewhere for a test drive or something and they got in an accident, that would now be on my insurance. Sketchy. So they then said they could only offer me $500 for my car for trade in. They have never even inspected my car, it's worth more than that. After saying I can not afford two car payments, I declined on the jeep and they were nice about it. Well, 2 days later, I get an offer from my boyfriend to help me pay off my current car so I can get the jeep. I got back in touch with the dealership via email and I was told it was still available and to call Frank the owner on his cell. I asked him if the jeep was still available. He said no and asked if I had spoken to Lisa, his partner. I told him I did, she told me to call you and that it was still available. He then stutters and stammers on the phone "oh, um, well, um, I just don't think this is the right jeep for you," Basically, f*** off, we don't want to do business with you. I have never dealt with such a sketchy dealership who didn't even ask all the proper questions and wanted insurance ahead of signing final papers,. Do not shop here!

Bought a car with my son after his wrangler was totaled. Suzuki Grand Vitara 2005. 4/17/18. Car died in July. Cannot get it to run. Nice people, bad car.Wont be coming back.NEVER buy a car "AS IS"!Lesson learned.

Bought a car not even a week later control arms go and they did not replace it correctly now not even a year later I have all front end issues because they can't advise their customers with what is ACTUALLY wrong with your car.. GREAT SERVICE from this place will never go back for anything not even another car or service

They have really nice cars, but I had spoken to the owner on the phone and he was very rude and I decided to buy a used car at Longwood Motors instead. He could've been busy at the time and stressed, which is understandable, but it made a bad first impression on me.
