What a crappy bank. They tell you that you’re a “member” and part owner, but then turn around and treat you like a criminal. They’ll nickel and dime you to death with fees and their questionable accounting practices, and charge you an ATM fee on top of the fee the ATM is already charging you (so about $5 to get out $20). I applied for a loan with them once and was approved for twice as much with half the interest rate at another local bank that I’m not a “member” of. Oh, and their Online/ mobile banking is about 15 years out of date. Also, don’t fall for their car insurance scam. You can get a much better rate by shopping around yourself. Avoid this bank at all cost!
