While the perfect career remains elusive, the team at Datrose is top notch. As a senior workforce member, I realize finding the right opportunity is not an immediate or guaranteed happening. But what can be timely and responsive is communication between ones client and a company. Datrose has been this to the highest level. Not only do they have their clients but they have sent leads that I would never have expected, or even found in my local area. It’s not their job to get me a job, but to find opportunities and to do this they need to understand me. They took the time to do that. Communication is key in this era of job seeker and employer ghosting. No ghosts here!

Suggest improving management that allows accusations against employees and not investigating fully, then firing based ONLY on accusations and lies, rather than truth. Putting someone out on Wrongful Termination isn't what a good company does to Veterans like me at my age.
