The customer service in general is excellent, and the representatives are very professional. The ATM in the outside strongly needs a major update. The system is very complicated and a very old fashioned system. One of my major concerns is that I have to put my deposit in an envelope and be left in a depository box. Another concern that I do have is that the Credit Unions have a long distance from each other. And it's an inconvenience for me. Something has to change to make the whole process a lot more simpler and easier to understand for all customers.
