This was my first time going to this branch. I bypassed the other branches further north due to the negative reviews. Honestly, at this branch, they wowed me with their professionalism, courteousness and quick customer service. The line was long when I got there but they were moving people quickly, so I did not have to wait very long. Why only 4 stars? Well, I got there before opening, and was able to see and hear people complaining about the atm out front not working at that moment. A big inconvenience, and waste of time, if you just want to do a simple transaction.
