Recently visited the community along with my sister and have to say that I am looking very forward to moving here in the near future. The staff was very professional and made me feel like I was walking into a family member's house. I loved the amenities but the rent for the 3 bedroom home we saw was a little higher than I want to spend right now. The young lady took my info down and the manager offered to keep in contact with me via email /phone to keep me up to date on what was available.

Lot rent should not be 500+ when the front gate doesn’t even work and the trash is constantly over flowing. Got people driving through the neighborhood and stopping in the road for conversation all night long. It’s not a gated community and not worth the price. I don’t recommend this place.

Poor management have live here over a year paying a lot rent of 500 a month front gates never work and stay open so it’s not a gated community like they say lawn care is terrible lot rent goes up every year they do not keep to there contracts trash constantly overflowing have a huge sink hole they they try to fix that has now resulted in them buying back a trailer so still not fixed beware if looking to rent or buy here talk to the residents first
