I am collection/judgment proof and these idiots are as dumb as a box of rocks trying to get any $$ out of me by wasting the court's time with their lawsuit nonsense. I hope you got your money's worth buying my debt, and now you're losing $$ in paying court fees.Update: An attorney informed me that debtors whose income is below the federal poverty level and/or who receive government assistance in my state such as (W-2, food share, medical assistance, SSI, etc.) can not have anything garnished. I have informed Crown Asset Management of my situation, I have even provided documentation that I receive such assistance as a "disabled adult child", and these jokers still had the nerve to serve me with a summons. It's so pathetic that these idiots don't know the laws in my state. What a waste of time and space these clowns are! Let's see if they have the gull and audacity to drag me through a debtor's exam! My god, what stupidity it will be if they do such a thing as they were made well aware by the documentation that I had provided to them that states that I receive government assistance due to my disability as a disabled adult child. What morons! That added picture where it states that Crown Asset Management allegedly sent collection letters to consumers after they were advised that the consumer is being represented by legal counsel just really proves my point about how a box of rocks has the brains that the idiots at Crown Asset Management lack.
