They won't offer you much for anything you want to sell, given an offer of $150 for a $1500 guitar, I laughed and walked away, they just go based off of the cheapest item the brand has online. Save your time and energy if you're planning to sell.

This place will rip you off. Do not come here. I've done business here a few times. Never fully satisfied. Today was the last straw. Told me over the phone that they bought a certain item for a certain price. Drove all the way down here just for them to say they didn't buy what I had. Get your sit together!

bought some gold necklace for my sister bday here and while it wasnt cheap the necklace was really beutiful and she loved it! they have some really nice pieces

Last month my husband and I bought a $500 ring, $200 camera, and $80 necklace from here. Today I tried to get a loan by pawning the ring but the guy said without the receipt I could only get $75 even though I was coming back for it the next day! They asked for our names when we bought the stuff but somehow today he said it won't be in the computer! Do not do business with these crooks!
