My wife and I contacted her, and from just the first couple of email exchanges, we could tell that she was going to be great with communication.Throughout the whole process, anytime we had a question about anything, Vicky, Pierre, and their team answered back within minutes. It was such a pleasant surprise to have our first home loan experience be SO good.
