I have missed a payment of something in the past and these peple went out of their way to help me. Now I'm up against Cook Inlet Housing that actually owes me money & is using Cornerstone. Again these people are working with me, not against me. They said I'm all paid up on rent deposit, cleaning, etc....but they on't have itemized what the false charges about? Maybe Cook Inlet Housing expected me to beg them for housing? Those people are a joke & I can't wait to dispute the charges AND also show to Cornerstone that actually I'm DUE MONEY from Cook Inlet - they are just bullies. I told Cornerstone - I just outright gave them my deposit just to shut them up about cleaning, yet they want more- greedy. Cook Inlet actually owes me about $600.00 minimum+ they admitted that I was being charged for someone else's utilities. As all MLP does is check 2-3 peoples electric use and average everyone's bill, whether they are in town or not. I was gone for a full month & still charged over $50. for a running refrigerator? Hmmm? I can't wait to go to court!
