Horrible to deal with!!!!! My brother in law has an online account with them, which is a joke. All bank drafts amounts are incorrect. You cannot print a statement. He is constantly unable to get into the account and you are not provided a support number to contact for your branch. When you go through the password retrieval - it will not work and keeps asking you for an email subject??????? If you call your branch, the employees are so undependable that 80% of the time there is nobody there to help you. Stay away from them people if you value your sanity and do not speak hillbilly. Unable to access online account and no way to even find out what their problem is now. We have decided to move his account.
