CVCU is great! The staff is always more than willing to help you, and they go out of their way to meet your needs. They were very patient during my car buying process, and they are always pleasant when I have to visit a branch.

Today $105 were stolen from me. I am ready to switch to a bank that is not so money-hungry and always trying to find ways to take your money.

Very friendly staff. Tellers and loan officers are great. The only complaint I have is no matter how many times you call you can never get anyone to answer the phone.

I was mostly pleased with the service I recivied here.I went in to get a loan and specifically asked not to speak to a certain person, however I was put with that person anyway. Had that not happens I would have a more positive review.

I love nwgacru. However, I wish they would take into account my loyalty to the credit union instead of my credit rating. Being on my own for the last eighteen years has not been easy. I'm a retired teacher, and have my own home, a new car, and make ends meet, but have never been able to get a loan from you guys. Looks to me like you would want the interest I pay to these other companies that DO give me loans.
