Overall Feedback:

Good bank easy to work with but watch for hidden fees. Was not notified of inspection fees but yet charged twice when one inspection could of sufficed had they communicated that there is a fee. Gave them the opportunity to correct the problem but they chose not to. A revisit of good customer service practices may be needed as a refresher. I would still do business but I would double check anything that they could sneak a charge to.
