I would really love to leave a 5 star-happy review here. I have been working with Robert for about a year now. I am working on purchasing a commercial equestrian facility. Robert was very helpful and gave me a great sense of confidence and comfort in his work. I finally found the property I wanted to move forward with, told him about it, then he went MIA and contacted my realtor and told her I switched banks (I did not) and that he was transferring me 'back' to some lady I've never heard of before. I made multiple attempts to contact him through text, call, and voicemail. I would at least have appreciated some type of communication as to why he thinks I switched banks and who this new lady is. I am so disappointed that I am unable to say good things, I really had a great feeling and really felt like Robert was a great guy. I could not imagine ignoring a client to this degree the way that Robert has done to me.
