Do NOT waste your time on this company! Every thing stated by them is complete and utter bull****.1) They claim to only require 6 months of bank statements. WRONG. They will then also want proof of rent payments, notices of assessments, credit checks, spouse's information etc. etc. etc. 2.) They claim they'll have an answer 1-2 days. WRONG. I spent over a week jumping through hoops and supplying document after document.3.) Best rates? WRONG. Close to 20% is robbery. 4.) Approval when the banks say no? WRONG. If your bank says no, I assure you, these folks will also say no. Try OnDeck financing instead!
