Terrible practices and services. I think they misconstrue local and community-based to mean amateurish and unaccessible. The other local credit unions such as Consumers and Baxter both have much better systems and services in place, so there is no reason to entertain the idea of utilizing Community Trust. Especially because most of their services are outsourced to national lenders and financial firms anyways. This place is a frustrating waste of time. Avoid!
