DO NOT go to this bank. Or use this credit union. The lady Vicki that I spoke to regarding my SAVINGS account was rude. I was charged $10 for returned mail because my account did not have activity on it. With it being a SAVINGS account, activity would be minimal. I guess Ill just keep my bank in WI. If you are using this bank and looking for a different one....its worth the drive to Racine to use Landmark Credit Union. Cant ''trust'' anything about "Community Trust Credit Union."
