Sadly after being a member since I could remember CTCU lost all my respect and business. They could not work with me on a loan that Baxter Credit union gave me in and approved within 1 business day. The staff at CTCU is actually very friendly and kind which is sad because they have great people working for them. However, they have a couple of reps who are horrible at follow up and are not willing to go to bat for their members. I had issues getting 4k increase from CTCU. BCU approved 20k. My rep at BCU went to bat for me and spoke with underwriting for my situation. CTCU rep told me, well we would have to go to board for approval and did nothing past that. It was a slap in the faceSucks to leave after all my time but I am now with a bank that takes care of people all the way through.
