4 people behind the window and non of them know how to do there job. They stop and talk to each other with people are waiting having conversations with customers with nothing to do with what's going on Hire new staff and maybe you'll be able to keep the customers you already have.

Currently 5:54PM on Sunday and the cashiers have locked the main doors and will not open. Yet the place says it is open till 6:00PM

4 windows, but never more than 2 tellers. The lines are always long and slow.

I would give it 5 stars if there weren't always one person behind the counter. But I have to say every check I've brought has been cashed no problem and I have been going to them for almost 10 years. Today had a check from relatives for Christmas and this was the only place that would cash it. But please, open all three registers when there are 20 people on line. It would be 5 stars easily. Plus the hours are convenient. Closes at 9:30pm.
