Overall Feedback:
I've never had more problems at a bank in my life with everything that I purchased online being fraud shutting my cards down. Changing my passwords every couple months for their security I guess cuz it ain't helping me none. Can't complete tasks they say they're going to do like send my debit card in the mail. When you want to talk to a manager you get voicemail boxes. If you come in and talk to a manager she just rolls her eyes at you while she's talking like she doesn't have time to talk to you. This is by far the worst bank I've ever had and as soon as I have time to get off work to get to that bank I will close all of my accounts and never give them a penny of my money again. But you know what the fordsville branch is awesome.
