I actually wish I could take the Stars away I did that review the day I rented a storage unit and that was before I found out that even though Stephen had totally lied about my stuff would be protected in the storage unit that he conned me into getting saying that the buildings across the driveway would protect my stuff which was in a would have been in a west-facing unit with a vast expanse of driveway facing an open Western Sky which I didn't want because I know from previous experience that the Western you know that's where the storms come from most of the wind during the winter time and so your stuff has a good chance of getting junk blown underneath and around the door more so than it would be if it was facing another Direction when I hadn't even put anything in the storage unit and I decided that I didn't like the fact that he had misled me about the the west-facing thing first he tried to the unit that I had reserved online we needs to open the door to show it to me it was completely isolated knocked me back with with mold and mildew smell and he expected me to rent that and then he conned me into renting one that was outside one which is not what I wanted because it was the end of the month and he said it would really help his numbers for the company at the end of the month then when I called back to say I wanted a refund and just discard the whole thing got to run around and finally had to call the corporate office who told me that I would receive a full refund based on the fact that I hadn't put anything in there that I had been misled and blah blah blah and that was on September 9th it is now October 17th and they keep promising phone calls promising my my little $81 refund check and I received nothing totally disgusted with this this company at least at this location
